Acceptance of general terms


By confirming a reservation or accessing the premises, the guest agrees to the following Terms and Conditions, including cancellation rules, transportation, and force majeure clauses.

Experience Packages

  • Packages must be accepted as a whole. No substitutions or changes to food/beverages are permitted.
  • Allergies/intolerances must be declared at booking.
  • No refunds for items not consumed.
  • Any extras must be paid on-site.

Booking Validity

  • Valid only upon final email confirmation.
  • A 30-minute grace period applies. After that, the reservation is marked as no-show.

Non-refundable rate

  • Not refundable under any circumstance.
  • 1 free date change allowed (up to 5 days before), by emailing reservation@solepositano.com.
  • If the new experience is more expensive, the difference must be paid. If it costs less, credit may be used for extras (non-refundable).

Refundable rate

  • Cancellation up to 5 days before: full refund.
  • Within 5 days or no-show: no refund.
  • 1 free date change allowed within the 5-day window, subject to availability.

Free Shuttle Service

The shuttle service is free, shared, and optional, and can be used only if requested during the booking process.

  • The ride may take up to 40 minutes or longer, depending on local traffic. Guests are advised to plan their arrival accordingly.
  • The service departs from designated meeting points, which will be communicated via email in the booking confirmation.
    Solè will provide clear instructions to ensure easy access to the shuttle.
  • Guests are required to be on time at the specified meeting point; late arrivals may lose access to the service.
  • For the return trip, guests must notify the staff at least 15 minutes in advance.
  • The service is available only at pre-defined times and within a limited area.
  • Solè reserves the right to amend or suspend the service due to operational or safety reasons.
    Such decisions are final and cannot be contested.

Force Majeure / Closure

In case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., weather, health emergencies):

  • Rescheduling or 12-month non-refundable credit will be offered.
  • No cash refunds.
  • Management’s decision is final and non-contestable.

Communications

  • Guests agree to receive SMS/WhatsApp notifications.
  • Solè is not liable for undelivered messages not caused by its systems.
  • Guests must contact the restaurant if confirmation is not received.

General Policy

  • No outside food or drink allowed.
  • Tables assigned at booking. Provide guest names if booking for others.
  • Notify delays as early as possible.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Disruptive behavior will result in denied access.

Document Validity

  • The valid Terms are those available on: www.solepositano.com  
  • Only the most recent online version at the time of booking applies.
  • Changes made after the booking date are not retroactive unless favorable to the guest.
