Wedding Toast in Positano The twenty minutes
nobody plans.
The doors open, the bells roll down the coast, and your guests step into the Positano light. Solé is already there, glasses ready.
The moment
An interval almost always lost. We give it back.
The ceremony ends and eighty guests stand outside with nothing in their hands. Solé has its counter ready the exact instant the doors open. The couple raises the first glass, service opens to everyone, and when the window closes nothing is left behind.

What it looks like
The toast goes to the guests.
No queue and no bar to find. Trays slung over the shoulder move through the crowd, and the counter stays open for refills.
Why it works
Nothing travels. Nothing is left behind.
Protect a fixed window in the day. The photo session usually swallows this moment whole, and a toast nobody attends is a toast nobody remembers. Twenty minutes are enough.A request we make of every planner
Proximity
Our kitchen is a few steps away. Nothing covers distances.
Permit
The municipal occupation permit is requested and held by us.
Discretion
We set up while the ceremony is in progress. Take-down is complete and immediate.
Timing
A fixed window, from twenty minutes to an hour, agreed in advance with the photographer.

Veuve Clicquot · Sun Club
Not everyone can serve it here.
Solé is part of the Veuve Clicquot Sun Club. It is what lets us pour Saint-Pétersbourg and Rich outdoors, at the ceremony, and what makes our service hard to replicate in Positano.

Extensions
What can be added.
Extensions are added to a service, they do not replace it. Not included: guest transport, photo and video, seating and shade, restrooms, and any permit held by third parties.

Bad weather: the service moves to Solé’s own piazzetta, under our umbrellas, a few steps away. The decision is confirmed 24 hours before. No surcharge, no cancellation.
How to book
Four steps, no surprises.
A 30% deposit holds the date. Balance seven days before the ceremony, final guest count fourteen days before.
Request
Send us the date, the time the ceremony ends and a rough guest count. Three lines are enough.
Proposal
We reply within 48 hours with the recommended experience and alternatives. Valid for 14 days.
Confirmation
With the deposit we hold the date and open the permit request with the municipality.
The day
The timeline is agreed with you, your planner and the photographer. We arrive before the couple steps out.
Before your toast
The details to settle first.

How many guests can you serve?
Up to 150 with the listed experiences. Above that, we quote a tailored service based on the space the municipality authorises.
Who handles the permits?
We do. The municipal permit is requested and held by Solé. Permits held by third parties remain with them.
What if the ceremony runs late?
The service window is fixed in the contract. Time lost to a late ceremony or an extended photo session is not recovered, which is why we ask planners to protect the window.
What if it rains?
The service moves to Solé’s piazzetta, under our umbrellas, a few steps away. We confirm 24 hours before, with no surcharge.
Do you work with wedding planners?
Yes. Most toasts are booked by planners, and the commission structure is agreed directly.
Will our photos be used?
The launch rate includes the right for Solé to use photos and video of the service for promotion. The couple never appears in close-up without written consent.
Does it work for every kind of ceremony?
Yes. Religious, civil at the Town Hall, or symbolic: the toast follows the doors, wherever they open.
Request
Tell us the date, the time and the guests.
Date, time the ceremony ends, rough guest count. We reply within 48 hours with the recommended experience and alternatives.
